I like it. Do you have your paints out on the table?

I either have them on the table (I developed carpal by using a LARGE hand-held palette for 8 hours at a time. I weigh in a little over 100 lbs so, it took a toll), or in a chair beside me.

What size canvas do you typically use for these live oil sketches?

I have been waiting for someone to ask me that!
I used Frederich’s 9×12 canvas sheets exclusively. It is the perfect size for my quick oil sketches. Also, I don’t have the panic of ruining a canvas board. I never use stretched surfaces because I like a more stable area when I paint.
